Our first full day in Chicago was spent at Shedd Aquarium. This is one of the most amazing places I have been to and given Morgan's love of the ocean we couldn't go to Chicago without visiting the aquarium! 
We got to watch a dolphin show - one of the first after this exhibit re-opened after renovations. Someday, I would like to sign Morgan up to be a "trainer for a day" program!

We also watched a 4-D movie - Planet Earth. This was COOL! I had never been to a 4-D movie before. We got poked in the back with a pole, water sprayed on us and felt the cool winds blowing!
There was a hands on exhibit for the kids to play in.
Morgan even touched a real star fish, but wasn't so sure about the sea urchin!

After the aquarium we headed back to the hotel, had some supper and then found a trolley to Navy Pier for the fireworks and some shopping.....more pictures later!
